Perinatal Infant Mental Health Counseling (Online)

Perinatal Infant Mental Health refers to the emotional and psychological well-being of both infants and their parents or carers during the critical period encompassing pregnancy, childbirth, and the first few years of a child's life. It emphasises the importance of early bonding, attachment, and nurturing relationships to promote healthy emotional development in infants, laying the foundation for their future mental health and well-being. This support service focuses on providing support, guidance, and interventions to ensure that both infants and their parents or carers can navigate this crucial stage with confidence and emotional resilience.

Online Parenting Support

The online support service is a flexible method of service provision that provides the same in-depth assessment of your family’s needs, followed by strengths based support planning as if we were face-to-face and allows you to participate from any location that suits you.

Circle of Security Parenting (Online)

What is COS-P?

At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.

Learning Objectives of the Program:

• Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs

• Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions

• Enhance the development of your child's self esteem

• Honour your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure

How is COS-P delivered

COS-P is available in a 1:1 online format. It takes 8 x 1hr weekly sessions to complete the program to receive an attendance certificate. These certificates are valid nationally for Family Court and Family Court of WA purposes. Couples and groups can be facilitated on request.

Costs

COS-P is $480 for the 8 week program with the total fee payable upon booking. Another participant of your choice is able to join the same course sessions for an additional 50% ($240).
